En la reunión que mantuvimos con Hella y Raquel quedó claro lo que buscaban con la nueva identidad corporativa de ‘la inmobiliaría de la señora alemana, donde se ocupaban de todos los tramites’. No querían perder cercanía a la vez que transmitían que eran de fiar. Y ésta fue nuestra propuesta basándonos en estos dos puntos. La aceptaron a la primera.
In the meeting we had with Hella and Raquel it became clear what they were looking for with the new brand identity for «the German lady’s real estate business, where they took care of all the paperwork». They didn’t want to lose the perceived closeness to the customer, and they wanted to continue purveying trust in their business. And this was our proposal, based on these two points. They accepted it straight away.
